Jan Novotný

I'm Jan Novotný, a technical artist with over five years of experience in the 3D industry. I focus on procedural materials, Geometry Nodes systems, material libraries, and custom Blender tooling — built for real production constraints.

I work at the intersection of artists and engineering: I design maintainable asset pipelines, set conventions that scale across teams, and ship features that make everyday production work faster, safer, and more consistent.
